Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, keeping our customers and our engineers safe has been our top priority. This continues to be the case following the new national lockdown restrictions that came into effect on 6th January 2020.
Attending Our Customers' Premises
We're asking all customers to confirm that they're not self-isolating and have not been in contact with anyone who has been showing COVID-19 symptoms. Engineers are unable to enter a building if a customer or anyone else is suspected of being infected.
Upon entering a building, we ask all of our customers to follow government guidance and practice a good level of social distancing from our engineers whilst they carry out their work.
You can continue to rely on us for all your maintenance needs, but we must keep everyone safe and limit the spread of COVID-19.
